Looks like I have a stalker.
Someone is so upset as to make naughty remarks to me via texted messaging to my cell phone. Wait it isn’t Hellmaster but someone who lives in San Diego California. Area code 619 to be exact. Now I wonder what the FCC would have to say about this. If my hunch is correct Hellmaster gave my cell phone number to this person and God knows to how many other people. I have reported this to the FCC as of last night. Since this falls under a harassment violation the FCC will inform me of who the person is and ask if I wish to prosecute this person. If Hellmaster did give out my cell number then he will pay the price of watching one of his friends pay even a higher price.
I wonder who it could be and I wonder what the legal ramifications are. Most of all I wonder how large of a fine the FCC will be slapped on to this person. This is a federal violation so I imagine the fine will be quite steep. I wonder if there will be any prison time, well probably not if this is his first felony. My intention is to prosecute this person and to make an example of him and for others out there that take this on line gaming far too seriously.
You youngsters have got to be taught that when you take things as an online game to far then you will now have to play a new game called REALITY BITES. Remember for every action there is an equal or greater reaction that will occur.
I will not give this person an out. I am not asking for an apology or any other avenue to make amends. When this is over I will post all my findings for all to see as a lesson of what not to do.
If one makes a threat and does not follow through then the next time you make a threat no one will believe you will act on your threat.
